Very Good

Almost everything was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful, the grounds were lush and well-maintained, the beach was beautiful, and the dinners were delicious.

There was a corporate event with extremely loud music that lasted until midnight. The hotel buildings are arranged around the swimming pool, and the event took place near the pool. In our room, it felt like we were right in the middle of a disco. What bothers me most is that someone in hotel management decided that the party was more important than the well-being of other guests, including both adults and children.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, Excellent breakfast, perfect coffee, a large selection of croissants, fruit and tomatoes, omelettes, eggs, salami, cheeses Good dinner, with a wide range of dishes.

Despite the forecast- dinner at 7 p.m., more than 100 people waited half an hour for the start at 7.30pm. No apology, no explanation. There are no tissues in the room

Overall a pleasant stay although room for improvement in certain areas regarding breakfast and dinner service in the res

Great Location, good public areas, very well kept and fabulous beaches.

Restaurant was a little thin on staff, Having to wait a long time for certain dishes to be replenished at the dinner buffet and always a long queue for coffees and hot drinks at the breakfast service.

Lovely holiday by a stunning beach with crystal-clear waters.

Excellent location nearby a protected beach area with crystal-clear water. Very friendly staff and comfortable spacious room, amazing dine-around options and plenty of activities for all ages.

The quality of buffet dishes, especially desserts, was a little disappointing. Wasps flying all over the tables while guests were having breakfast or dinner was also a constant concern.

Wonderful

Beautiful territory with a lot of trees and flowers. Comfortable and quite rooms. Very good dinner. Selection for the breakfast was the same for every day but more then enough to start the day. Fantastic beach and restaurant nearby to have lunch.

I wouldn't say that this is disadvantage but rather detail you should be aware of. To get to the beach you need to wait for hotel transfer that takes place more or less every 15 mins or walk for 10-15 mins to the beach by yourself.

Lovely resort grounds. Convenient shuttle to nice hotel beach across the hwy. Good beach restaurant. Nice pool.

Room was small and floor was a bit sandy. Hit or miss food. Pizza restaurant not included in room and board fee, which could have been clarified before we ate there.

Perfect family holiday

The staff are incredibly hard working, polite and professional. The entertainment team through to the bar and restaurant. Faultless. The buffet was of a very high quality and variety. Love the coal fired grill every night

Room facilities are good but could be improved without much of an effort. A coffee machine would be great, with more glasses for the drinks and/ or bathroom use.

Thanks to the attentive staff and excellent service at Chia Laguna, our stay was very enjoyable.

The facilities, entertainment for children as well as adults; the resort is very family-friendly with dedicated kids' clubs. The staff are warm and attentive, specially the hotel manager Manuel and the Stella at the reception making Chia Laguna a perfect choice.

During our stay at Chia Laguna, we initially had issues with an older room, including a faulty shower and a loose toilet seat. However, the staff promptly addressed our concerns and moved us to a much better room. The hotel manager, Manuel, was very attentive and ensured we were well taken care of.

Beautiful resort, great access to the beach and everything you might need within a short distance. Typical vacation where you can relax. Staff were the nicest we met on all of our trip to Sardinia.

Not what it used to be, but still worth a visit

The location is perfect and the facilities are convenient. The beach is great and the staff is always pleasant.,

There were parts of my room that haven’t been clean for a very long time , also it is looking like the rooms needs some renewal or maintenance. It’s bed. 2 years since our last visit. The new location of the restaurant is not as pleasant and the variety of food is not the sane. The grilled food was burnt most days, so we went out for dinner somewhere else. There’s a new room for games which is good but it also attracts people with less interesting profiles. If go visit, chose the resort - it’s better overall!

Very Good

The overall property was v nice. We had a duplex room which had an upstairs room for the children - a v nice setup. The beach was very pretty though quite busy, about 10 mins away from the hotel with their one little train (which runs every 15 mins) The dinner was excellent (we had the half board option), with lots of choice and good quality food.

The swimming pool area is quite small, given how many people there are in the resort. They also have a lot of random rules which make the place seem not quite high end. E.g. children can’t jump in the swimming pool; you can only get 1 towel per day (which means someone needs to write it all down in a sheet - is this not as resource intensive as letting guests have however many towel a day they need!?); the beach has a bizzare system of towel stands and beach areas being split according to which room you had booked (it didn’t really bother us because we only went in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy, but again it gives it a feel a cheap and petty).

Very nice hotel, perfect for families, kids facilities are very convenient and staff is very family friendly and attentive.

The interiors and some parts of the resort could are a bit outdated and could use some renovation/maintenance. Cleaning was not perfect.

Beautiful although room for improvement.

The grounds are very pretty with lots of well kept bushes and flowers etc. The pool area was nice and had a lifeguard on duty. The room was cleaned every day which is helpful when you have kids and a sandy beach. Food was excellent! Our daughter loved the little train that takes you to the beach! Kids club was ok although I wasn’t convinced enough to leave my 4 year old, that doesn’t speak Italian, on her own with them at the kids pool. The kids disco was great, although it didn’t start till 9pm which I think is too late after long days at the beach!

Our room was quite small (Garden View Triple) and there was limited space to put clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase. The bathroom was ok, albeit tired and looked like a child had done the sealant round the bath. Shower unit chrome was rusty and the shower unit was positioned poorly on the side wall of the bath, leaving very little room to stand and dangerous to children in the bath. The toilet seat was wobbly and even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn’t. The air con had a mind of its own. It worked but even though we set it on high and 16 degrees, the room never got very cold - it seemed to be powered by someone else.
